Vivian Madison-Mahoney is a licensed massage therapist who for 16 years owned and operated a medically-oriented massage therapy clinic, specializing in physician referrals for auto, workers' compensation and medical cases. She authored the first insurance billing instructional manual for massage therapists and has revised it to her latest, "Manipulate Your Future" Guide to Insurance Billing and Practice Building for Massage Professionals. Vivian was the Insurance Committee Chair for the Florida State Massage Therapy Association for 13 years. She is an approved provider for CE credit hours by Florida and the NCBTMB. She has 21 years of hands-on experience working with all types of insurance situations, helping therapists on a nationwide basis by consulting with them free of charge to prevent disappointments and losses.
